Founded in 2006, Yingkou Dongsheng Industry Co., Ltd. is a Sino-Japanese joint venture enterprise. We have rich experience in exporting to Japanese market with strict management of production and new products development. So our company is developing and expanding steadily. We passed the evaluation of ISO9001 certification in 2006 year. We are one of leading companies in plastic product field in China.
Our register capital is USD1,000,000. We do not only have great production ability in plastic field, but also develop our business range of trade widely with more and more customers and other fields by right of the team of mature and good skill sales. At present, our customers are from all over the world, such as Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan area, Australia, Europe and the USA.
We are professional in producing shopping bag series (bag for special shop, handle bag, die-cut bag, drawstring bag, side weld bag); garbage bag series (flat bag, T-shirt bag, drawstring bag); food bag series (bag in box, bag in bag, bag for supermarket, steaming bag, vacuum bag); functional bag series (conduct/anti-static products, slip-proof heavy packing bag which is tri-layer extrusion film, industrial bags, hi-interlude function series); shrink film (roll film, plastic sheet, apron, balloon, twining film, shrink film). Our R&D department is developing new products with rich experience to meet our customers' different requirements.
There are many advanced equipment in our company, such as 32 blow film (including 7 sets imported from Japan and 2 tri-layer extrusion blow film), 3 imprinters, 28 bag machines, 4 punching-pod machines, 3 pelleting machines. Besides, we have eight-color imprinter and high-speed bag machines which are more advanced in China for us to produce as per customers' requirements. The range of breadth is from 50mm to 1,500mm, and the range of thickness is from 0.006mm to 0.3mm. Our current annual output is 8,000 metric tons. The number will reach over 10,000 metric tons after the establishment of new factory in the end of this year.
